What is "F.I.T. 4 All?"
F.I.T. 4 All is a 501c(3) non-profit organization that delivers accessible and community-focused wellness programs, which encourage ALL individuals to honor their intuition for sustainable wellness.
Through private events and public events, F.I.T. 4 All aims to remind everyone that true fitness is about finding your unique version of the "F.I.T." model:
FUEL: The first step towards fitness is creating a strong foundation, by FUELing with food, rest, positive relationships, community support, and sleep.
INTEGRATE: Once you have the proper fuel, the "second step" towards fitness is to INTEGRATE any form of joyful movement. Make sure these activities can be INTEGRATED into your life without forcing them into your life.
THRIVE: Once you have provided yourself with FUEL and INTEGRATED joyful movement, you have given yourself the tools to THRIVE and become your version of fit.
F.I.T. 4 All brings f.i.t.ness events to various community centers and non-profit organizations. We serve a variety of sites in an effort to make fitness accessible, sustainable, and enjoyable for ALL. When we partner with a site, we will bring one event per month (1-3 hours long) OR offer a one-time workshop, depending on the request of the site. Our programming is 100% free of charge, funded by grants, in-kind donations, and proceeds from our public events.
