Na een ongeval is de hulpverlening in het eerste uur cruciaal. Ze bepaalt of en hoe het slachtoffer zal herstellen. Dit is het zogenaamde 'golden hour'. Treat first what kills first is dan ook het uitgangspunt van FMTC: handel dan ook volgens de ABCDE- methodiek.
FMTC bestaat uit ervaren ambulanceverpleegkundigen, chauffeurs, en spoedeisende hulpverpleegkundigen die in 2008 zijn gaan samenwerken om de kwaliteit van het Eerste Hulp-onderwijs te verbeteren.
Door het werken volgens de ABCDE-methodiek ontstaat een beduidend betere hulpverlening die volledig aansluit op de professionele hulpverlening. Onze missie is dan ook het continue verbeteren van de Eerste Hulp, waarbij service en persoonlijke begeleiding onze kernwaarden zijn. Onze trainingen vinden plaats op een locatie te Dordrecht of als in-company training.
