Fablas Ice Cream is a mother and daughter team, Michelle and Lauren, who in October 2016 embarked on an ice cream adventure and have never looked back!
We came into the ice cream world complete novices, but with our passion, drive and love for our brand we have come a long way in a short time.
We handcraft all of our delicious ice cream and sweet treats in house using locally sourced ingredients and deliver to our four friendly parlours in Cowbridge, Penarth, Caerphilly and Porthcawl.
