- Our Build Your Lab Program is a 3 phase program to build your lab from scratch to accepting samples as an accredited CLIA lab that are ready for their audit. This includes designing your space, workflow and efficiency processes, all regulatory documentation, hiring and training of your staff, etc.
- Validation Program is a full clinical validation program for your new assay. We develop the validation plan, provide all documentation you need to begin this program, we come on-site to help provide oversight and complete your personnel training and competency, and provide all required SOPs and reports so that you are ready to begin testing samples.
- Solving Laboratory Compliance Program is a full year program that provides an initial combination of an on-site and virtual audit to give provide your lab with a detailed view of how prepared for an audit you are. It provides you with a report of any possible deficiencies found and solutions to complete corrective actions. Three additional virtual audits are performed each quarter to help your lab maintain compliance.
- Fix My Lab Program is designed to help labs that have had trouble with a recent audit. We review your audit and deficiencies and develop the plan you need to get back on track. We can provide on-site or virtual help depending on the customized plan.
