Since 2010, Falco more than quadrupled its managed fleet of trucks and trailers and expanded its operations to South Texas and North Texas/Southern Oklahoma. In July 2012, Falco Energy was acquired by JP Energy Partners. In October 2014, JP Energy completed an initial public offering (NYSE: JPEP).
