Falding Capital Group (FCG) is a private equity firm, founded in 1999. FCG has owned all, or part of, several businesses since its inception, including manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses. FCG’s most recent holdings include: Eagle Tugs – Eagle is a global manufacturer of aircraft tow tractors. FCG purchased Eagle as a distressed business in 2000. FCG grew Eagle from under $1 million in annual revenue, and a substantial profit loss, to a leading manufacturer with over $20 million in annual revenue, and almost $3 million in EBITDA. FCG sold Eagle Tugs in December 2015. Cannon Equipment – Cannon is a value-added distributor, specializing in the sales, installation and service of complex truck equipment. FCG purchased Cannon in 2000, and has grown it into one of the leading truck equipment companies in the State of Michigan. FCG has more than doubled Cannon’s annual revenue since its purchase, and has grown net income by 400%. Cannon now generates over $15 million in annual revenue, and close to $1 million in EBITDA. Technical Air Products - TAP has been designing and manufacturing cleanrooms, and cleanroom components, furniture and fixtures for over 25 years. TAP specializes in modular softwall and rigidwall cleanrooms. Its proprietary LogiClean design makes its cleanrooms durable, yet light weight and quick and easy to install, providing customers with a more flexible, economical solution that grows and contracts with their operations. FCG purchased Technical Air Products in 2017. FCG is a financial buyer that invests its own capital, and consists of proven executives who have experience turning around and growing businesses in multiple industries.
