The issue
Lack of sufficient kindness is a major cause of harmful family conflict* which impacts millions of Australian parents and their children regardless of such things as age, gender, ethnicity, physical and mental health and socio-economic circumstances.
Mission
Provide the Gippsland community in Victoria with a five year media behaviour change pilot program with the aim to successfully promote the practice of enduring kindness in most families in the region, resulting in a dramatic decline in harmful family conflict.
*The Family Peace Foundation defines harmful family conflict as the presence of such things including, but not limited to, harsh and/or insulting language, lack of respect, and temporary or permanent relationship breakdowns, all of which in extreme cases can lead to family violence.
