Fast Casual Holding (FCH) is a management company which specializes exclusively in Fast Casual restaurant sector.
Besides creating and developing restaurant concepts we design and implement systems for day-to-day operations that cover FoH, BoH, front desk, bar, service/training, line prep, and receiving programs.
We constantly strengthen and improve our restaurants to create best possible client experience and fantastic work environment for our team.
Currently, FCH manages Cupcake Corner Bakery in two major cities in Poland and lin July 2017 launched its first Fast-Casual, artisan-style pizzeria - Pizzatopia.
