From the team that delivered the award winning Graduate Programme Wales, the new Cnect Wales Fast Track Talent Academy is a 6-month programme designed to accelerate career paths in the areas of Data and AI, Cybersecurity, Fraud & Risk Management, Financial Analysis. Working with high-profile, local employers and supported academically by a reputable FE/HE provider, the programme develops skills, enhances employability and gives young people a head start in the workplace. How it works: The Fast Track Talent Academy offers a 12-month fixed term contract with an esteemed local employer along with a 6 month fully funded accelerated development experience. Two study options are available: • Level 5 – Higher National Diploma/Advanced Technical Diploma • Level 7 – Postgraduate Certificate The study programme is delivered by an accredited FE/HE provider and all courses will be fully certificated and validated. Participants will be studying whilst working in a full-time role with one of our employers, carrying out a work-based project that will enable them to apply their new learnings whilst being fully supported by a line manager and the team at Cnect Wales. Please Note: We are funded to upskill talent in Wales, and as such we cannot accept applications from applicants who already have a Level 5 or Level 7 in the specified area of study. However, we will consider each application on its own merits and on a case-by-case basis.
