The LEGOSTAMPO SYSTEM is suitable for under vacuum cooking, with or without weight loss; thanks to heating and cooling water use it warrantes treatment homogeneity even because of the lower flow resistance due to the special LEGOSTAMPO stucks’ structure that optimizes heat exchange. The small dimensions reduce the heat dispersion and the re-circulation and storage systems permit really high water saving, water that is used and used again, not wasted like it happens with steam cooking.The LEGOSTAMPO SYSTEM has been conceived for the automation that is simple, reliable and compact and it has been designed optimizing the mechanical properties of stainless steel with greater structural stiffness and smaller use of raw material. The LEGOSTAMPO molds are particularly rigid and they apply a uniform pressure on the product that in this way is more compact. The result is the drastic reduction of slicing waste compared with any other solution, even for high quality products; the increasing of slicing lines performances; the decreasing of the costs for each kilo of product. The LEGOSTAMPO SYSTEM warrantees production costs saving that becomes a saving even for the final consumer, without reducing neither the quality of the products nor their nutritional characteristics, always respecting the environment.
