FAYS, Terroir chocolaté, est une chocolaterie artisanale installée à Oka, dans les Laurentides, fondée par Mathilde Fays, chocolatière et pâtissière de formation. Depuis 2011, notre équipe élabore des chocolats fins et des pâtisseries sans gluten qui célèbrent le terroir québécois avec créativité et exigence.
Chez FAYS, nous réinventons les traditions en associant fruits, herbes, légumes et fleurs des Laurentides à du chocolat de première qualité. Chaque bouchée est pensée comme une expérience sensorielle qui relie gourmandise, finesse et authenticité.
