A Fazenda Progresso, localizada em Mucugê, coração da Chapada Diamantina, Bahia, é hoje uma das maiores produtoras de batata inglesa do Brasil. Nossa história começou em 1984 com a chegada da Família Borré, agricultores visionários que migraram do Rio Grande do Sul para desenvolver a agricultura na região da Chapada.
Hoje a Fazenda Progresso é um grupo de empresas com 1200 colaboradores. Nossas operações se estendem por 26 mil hectares e, além de batata inglesa, produzimos café arábica exportado para 10 países, uvas para vinificação e criação de gado de corte.
