Motto “When Getting It Right Matters” FCi Federal Inc. was founded by Sharon Virts Mozer in 1991. As we enter our 20th year in business, it has grown to over 800 employees operating in 19 states and territories and 53 different locations. But so what? There are lots and lots of comanies out there all competing for business – all saying the same things. How is FCi Federal different? First, we only provide service in things we know we can do well. We focus. Our business is providing the essential “back office” support to enable our customers to focus on achieving the mission. Second, we are performance-based, and strongly prefer the performance-based contracts that many contractors fear. But we are confident in who we are and what we do. We are the prime contractor on 95% of our contracts and nearly all are performance-based with fixed-price components, demonstrating our ability to successfully manage complex, performance-driven contracts. Third, we know what it takes to find and retain quality staff. Our mission is to provide worry-free services, and that depends on having a talented, motivated workforce. That’s what we bring.
