ABOUT FEMALE TEENS IMPACT (FTI)
Female Teens Impact (FTI) is an initiative found in 2018 to empower young female in the
society socially and morally, to achieve the United Nation’s Sustainable Development
Goals (SDGs) 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 10 and 17.
The modern society poses significant challenges to the growth and development of young
females, with both positive and negative influences. Our initiative aims to shift the
prevailing narrative that often portrays females in the 21st century in a negative light.
We believe that our initiative will have a positive impact on young females, contributing
to a reduction in illiteracy, unwanted pregnancies, prostitution, drug abuse, and other
societal issues. A key focus area is protecting females from all forms of sexual violence.
Raising a female child requires a collective effort. While parents, teachers, and the
government play vital roles, we recognize that additional support is necessary. Our
initiative seeks to equip young females with the essential tools, skills, and knowledge to
succeed educationally, morally, socially, and vocationally.

Empowering females to become confident, educated, and self-sufficient individuals who
can reach their full potential and make a positive impact in their communities.
MISSION STATEMENT
To provide innovative training, education, and support services that equip females with
the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to overcome challenges, achieve their goals,
and become active contributors to society
