In our firm in Grumello del Monte (BG), well known as one of the most relevant productive poles for PTFE transformation in Europe, the manufacturing process is curated by an highly qualified and specialized team helped by modern and efficient machinery such as: CNC turning and milling machines with CAD-CAM systems, cutting machines with Water-jet technology equipped with the most sophisticated nesting software, welding machines to perform the PTFE junction, calendar, bending machine, punch machines, etc.
Speed, quality and efficiency are the new rules as the market is becoming more and more demanding: according to this FF.GI srl has enhanced his informatic system to reach the “industria 4.0” standards granting the possibility of a complete monitoring of the production processes, of sales and logistic with the new vertical storage system, paying a careful attention in furnishing our customer with the newest products that comply with EU laws and industry regulations currently in place; our quality system is certificated from 1999 from an external association, and nowadays in line with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015. regulation.
