Fighting For Freedom

Fighting For Freedom is founded on the notion that everyone deserves a second chance. We are providing workshops to those who have been dealt a difficult hand in life, to show there is a more positive path, and positive choices. We provide 1:1 and group education and sport & fitness sessions. We aim to portray a person centred approach to leading the sessions to instil a level of empathy with our participants to ensure they feel safe to speak and share and to hopefully remove a layer of institutionalisation from their environment.
