Filangieri Capital Partners is an international investment and corporate finance advisory firm. Filangieri Capital Partners seeks value creation opportunities through investments in privately held companies and select publicly traded companies. As a principal investor with a seat on the board of directors of most portfolio companies, we provide management with strategic, operational, relational, and financial guidance designed to increase shareholder value over the life of the investment, generally three to five years. We are integral partners with managers and owners, seeking to align the interests of both in order to maximize value, even by becoming part of the entrepreneurial team ourselves. Filangieri Capital Partners also provides corporate finance and development advisory services to a select group of non‐portfolio clients. Services offered include strategic partnership formation, M&A advice, internationalization strategies, fundraising, valuation analysis, market research, and internationalization strategies. Filangieri Capital Partners was founded in November 2006 by Richard Greco, who is the firm’s President, CEO, and owner. Mr. Greco’s areas of principal investing include alternative energy, sustainable agriculture, aerospace and defense, biometrics, contemporary art, information technology, and special purpose acquisition companies.
