Blue Barn Wealth (previously Financial Planning Office) is a fee-only financial planning and investment management firm since 1995. We provide comprehensive services to approximately 70 families and are accepting new clients who can benefit from our Wealth Management program. Hyrum Smith, a managing partner, holds a PhD in Personal Financial Planning and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP(r)) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). We personally help each client to identify their goals, design a financial plan, and implement a prudent investment strategy. We manage client assets with no-load and low cost institutional mutual funds, ETFs, individual bonds, and cash instruments to diversify client's portfolios. While our management fees are also very low compared to industry standards, our individual attention to each client allows us to provide a high quality of service. Approximately one-half of our clients are already retired and withdrawing from their investment accounts. Others are saving and investing to reach their retirement goals.
