FinDeal is a regulated investment firm (since 2013) offering MIFID distribution services to fund managers who are (now because of Brexit) outside the EU.
We designed the Delegated Distribution solution in 2021 for many top private fund managers who had their investor relationship teams in London, in the US and Asia. Therefore, they cannot, from regulatory point of view, address their existing investors, nor any prospects. FinDeal’s Delegated Distribution services allow our clients to contact their existing investors through FinDeal, a European MIFID entity. Hence the fund managers maintain and control the client relationship and this at a price well below the fees charged by placement agents. Our clients are large American, UK or Asian assets management firms having a significant size ( $40 billion AUM on average), which can also be applied to smaller firms.
We believe that we have one of the best MIFID solutions on the market, which is more effective than chaperoning or reverse solicitation. Our solution is based on our excellent understanding of regulatory rules and investor relation experiences.
