Established in 1975, the original Fiorelli's building has grown to include four different types of venues to create lasting memories.
• Salute Special Events – A catering and banquet room established in August 2011 and open 7 days a week.
• The ROC Restaurant and Wine Bar – A restaurant and wine bar opened in Spring of 2012.
• Wize Guys Bistro – A local sports bar coming soon.
• Umbria – Future plans for Greenhouse Dining.
