Dal 1918 la missione quotidiana di Fiorentini è soddisfare la necessità di benessere attraverso il gusto. Nata a Torino da una bottega di specialità alimentari e prodotti etnici, oggi è il principale produttore di sostitutivi del pane e snack a base di cereali, legumi e verdure. Pioniere dell’alimentazione salutistica, ha trasformato prodotti di nicchia ispirati alla macrobiotica in prodotti di largo consumo accessibili a tutti coloro che sono attenti a coniugare gusto, salute e leggerezza. Nel 2002 produce per primo in Europa la galletta di mais, uno dei più grandi successi nella storia dell’azienda, come il lancio più recente dei celebri triangolini Sì&No, che hanno innovato la categoria. Dal 2020 è operativo il nuovo polo produttivo all’avanguardia per automazione e tecnologia 4.0, dove le materie prime certificate bio e di origine prevalentemente italiana si trasformano in una gamma di oltre 200 prodotti. In 2002 Fiorentini was the first Company in Europe to produce corn cakes, one of the greatest successes in the history of the company, as for the more recent launch of the famous Triangolini Si&No, which have brought innovation to the category. The new, highly automated, cutting-edge production plant has been operational since 2020; certified organic raw materials of mainly Italian origin are transformed here into a range of over 200 products. The family Company, now at the fourth generation, is present in 55 countries worldwide.
