FMIBY is focused on helping miserable see the light in their career. I do this through books, articles, and scholarships for students who are working during full-time school.
FMIBY started when I wanted my boss to fire me, but she didn't. So I fired myself and starting writing.
What's interesting is that people don't come to FMIBY when they need to find a new job. They come to FMIBY when they're miserable and they want to quit their job. The result is the same, but how people find out about FMIBY is usually when they are their worst.
