Firmly Rooted Counseling is a telehealth private practice aimed at providing culturally competent therapy to individuals struggling with self-acceptance and who are having difficulty embracing their various identities.
Founded by Adriauna Clay-Potts, LPC, FRC was born of the desire to create a particular space in the larger world of therapy for people with marginalized identities to be able to speak about the ways in which these identities impact both themselves and their relationships.
FRC's goal is to celebrate, not fear, our identities, while also acknowledging the challenges marginalized people face at the individual, interpersonal, cultural, and systemic levels.
