Fit4All was established in 2014 by our director Jude Bailey. The Fit4All team are highly qualified and experienced health and exercise improvement professionals with many years experience in the industry including with the NHS.
Fit4All’s mission is to raise awareness of the causes of falls, and the importance of exercise to help reduce the risk of falling. Also, educating people at risk of falling, their families and carers in the correct procedure to follow if someone falls. In turn to help to reduce the long term effects of a fall.
Fit4All is committed to providing impartial, simplistic and person-centred education and exercise programmes to improve the quality of life of people who are at risk of falling.
