Das Mentoring-Programms Fit4Profin richtet sich an Frauen aus Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft, die in den nächsten Jahren berufungsfähig werden und gezielte Vorbereitung und Unterstützung suchen, um Professorin an einer HAW zu werden. Das Programm geht über ein Jahr (jeweils ab Oktober) und bietet neben Mentoring durch Professor:innen der Hochschule München Fachimpulse und Workshops zu den Schwerpunkten Berufung/Bewerbung und Probelehrveranstaltung.
