Each class or session offers many different benefits giving you the opportunity to improve your strength, endurance, co-ordination, flexibility, health, wellbeing and much more, whilst having fun. If you attend a class you will make new friends too. All levels of fitness are catered for from the less than healthy to the ultra fit and no matter what age you are I can help you become fitter and healthier. My most senior one to one client is 92yrs old and I've worked with him for 20 years, age is no barrier to exercise.
