Five Star Outdoors is a proudly SA owned and operated family business which proudly supports Australian Made products and industry.
Laurie Mallia owns the business and is actively involved in the business on a day to day basis. After 20 years in the Home Improvement / Pool and Spa Industry Laurie decided to open his own business in January 2010 focussing on Outdoor Lifestyle solutions.
Initially Five Star Spas was born with a real focus on sourcing a great quality Australian Made product and absolute attention to detail with customer service. This was achieved with Manufacturing Partner, Lanark, who have been making quality Spas in Australia for more than 25 years.
In March 2014, Five Star Spas moved into the Home Ideas Centre on the corner of South Road and Anzac Hwy providing 7 day per week convenience to our customers wanting to view Spas and gather information to consider their Spa needs and eventual purchase.
Being based in the Home Ideas Centre, Five Star Spas were able to talk to, and give advice to, new home builders and renovators about the correct preparation required for their new Spa. Five Star Spas regularly did, and still do site visits to established homes to ensure access is available to get a Spa in and that correct base, electrics and government legislations are prepared for prior to a new Spa delivery.
Due to customer demand, the past 12 months has seen the addition of several new products closely aligned to Spas and designed to enhance Outdoor Lifestyles. These products include:
• Saunas
• Gazebos
• Outdoor Blinds and Shutters
• Outdoor Kitchens
This growth has led us to become more focussed on the overall Outdoor Lifestyles and so Five Star Spas has been more commonly referred to as Five Star Outdoors in more recent times.
Five Star Outdoors are proud of the fact that with the exception of some Outdoor Kitchen Appliances, all of our products are locally sourced Australian Made products, and in many cases custom made.
