The executive team includes seasoned finance, capital acquisition, accounting, construction, marketing, and operations professionals. Founded over a decade ago, FCG began as a developer of single-family lots for national builders. In 2009, FCG made a strategic decision to diversify into income-producing properties, with a focus on niche sectors that were recession resistant with consistent cash flow.
