First and foremost I'm a mum to the most spectacular little human. I'm also an experienced charity senior leader, consultant and qualified coach supporting women in leadership roles to achieve their potential, and values-led, mission-driven organisations to embed inclusive practices.

🦩What's with the flamingo?
After maternity leave I struggled to work full time with the level of flexibility needed around childcare meaning I was literally paying to go to work and was out of pocket every month. I very quickly started to feel like I was losing myself and my passion for my work, much like flamingos lose their pink when they have their young.
However just as flamingos regain their colour once their littles become less dependent, going freelance to focus on work I am really passionate about whilst having the flexibility and freedom to be the best mum I can be, is my version of me regaining my pink. And thus I became a flamingo!
I have 15 years experience in charity leadership in higher education, empowering women and children, substance misuse, embedding EDI, coaching, student leadership, strategy, developing teams, learning and development strategies, people and culture strategies, campaigns and advocacy services.
