Fab Ltd was established in 1978 to provide engineering services in the audio/visual field. Due to the owners' expertise as audio/visual engineers, they have won and implemented many projects in Northern Cyprus. They have installed turnkey audio/broadcast systems for use in airports, mosques, and school conference halls, satellite/TV distribution systems in hotels and apartment buildings, security/alarm systems for shopping malls and libraries, as well as setting up FM and TV stations including microphones, cameras, and antennas.
In the engineering projects mentioned above, Fab Ltd has collaborated with many reputable companies such as TOA, SONY, SOUNDCRAFT, TEAC, DB ELETTRONICA, CELESTION, SCIENTIFIC ATLANTA, STRAND, STUDER, REVOX, WISI, SPAUN, DIALOC, and LEADER.
Subsequently, a second department was established for household appliances and brown goods. In this context, dealership agreements were signed with SANSUI in 1982, AEG and MITSUBISHI in July 1992. In 1994, sales and service agreements began with brands used by Vestel in European export markets. Besides, contracts were signed for the distribution of PEUGEOT (January 2001) and GEELY (August 2013) vehicles. In 2015, under the trade name Fabsolar, installation and product sales of solar energy systems started. To date, over 900 solar energy projects have been installed, making Fab Ltd the clear market leader with a total capacity of 6 MW.
