We are a young start-up, motivated by the mission to create better housing experience in leading “international student” cities as Maastricht, Bonn, Munich and Aachen. During years of studying, we also suffered from difficulties in renting rooms and apartments, especially scammers for money and spaces which has nice appearance in photos but poor conditions in reality. Those problems have been happening because most students live too far away from the area to come and check for housing. Understanding the roots of the problems, together with the housing knowledge gained after living and working in the cities, Flattrust is here to help you find your most suitable place - something you can actually call “home”. There are 2 main services that we offer: 1.Checking/viewing the rooms/apartments: Customers will receive: Detailed check of the apartment and surrounding area + 360 virtual reality tour of the whole apartment 2. Search support Customers will receive: A list of 10 hand-picked housing options that match their budget and requirements. In case they book our Carefree ticket, we will additionally take care of the contract with landlords/agencies, checking legal issues and doing the paperwork.
