Whether you’re manufacturing just one unit or several million units, our teams are committed to meeting your needs for flex PCBs, whether they’re single or double sided, multilayer, differential copper, jumpers, etc. We offer different substrates such as polyimide (also known by the name Kapton®), PET, PEN, LCP, fibre, and many other innovative solutions. Different thicknesses of copper conductors can be used with surface finishes adapted to your manufacturing needs: assembly of SMT components, frictional contacts, etc. Our plant allows us to produce any size of PCB, from small to very large, for even the most specific applications. We can also produce your FPCBs in panels or rolls and with any dimensions you want. If needed, we can advise you on the solution that will best fit your needs. By request, we can combine your PCBs with an EMI/RFI shielding solution, all types of connectors, and incorporate ready-to-use wiring and sub-assemblies. As the distributor of our own PCBs, produced in our plant in France, we guarantee that we have total control over our value chain and customer relations. Because we care about the quality and compliance of our products and processes, we follow the IPC standards. In addition, Flex Connect has earned ISO 9001 version 2015 certification for its quality management and UL 94 V-0 (Underwriter Laboratories) certification attesting to the compliance of its flexible PCBs with the highest standards for mechanical, fire, and electrical shock risks.
