BLADE INSPECTION & REPAIR
Flex Wind has a highly experienced team of blade technicians providing top quality repairs and maintenance of epoxy and polyester blades.
Our clients contract Flex Wind as they know, the service is delivered with above expected quality and with the least downtime possible of the turbines. Further Flex Wind gets the job done the first time, hence securing the investment of our clients.
GEARBOX:
Flex Wind’s gearbox department is highly specialized and experienced with everything related to wind turbine gearboxes.
Since its start in 2013 about 300+ HSS and 60+ IMS shafts have been replaced uptower, refurbished and rebuilt downtower, 100+ bearings replaced uptower and 300+ Borescope inspections performed and qualified reports been sent, uptower retrofit, upgrades and oil exchanges been organized for our clients.
FURTHER, we offer supervision, HSE tasks and Project Management.
Total Wind Brasil became Flex Wind in 2017.
