FLIGHT Hospitality's mission is to bring together hospitality, tourism and events educators and employers from around the world to share knowledge and debate cutting edge issues & challenges in talent management.
Formed in 2014, FLIGHT seeks to establish a global conversation and network within a worldwide community of educators, employers and students to enhance experiential learning and innovation within the hospitality, tourism and events industry. We aim to achieve this through the:
* Establishment of a global network structure to support talent management and leadership development across all industry sectors and levels of education.
* Provision of valuable face to face networking events each year creating opportunities for stakeholder engagement.
* Creation of a hub that stimulates research of practical value about work-based learning and employability.
* Provision of a live portal to share innovative, inspirational and useful resources for supporting talent management.
