Karen’s highly respected 25+ year career is based on the ability and drive to be creative, courageous, strategic, influential and results-focused as both a team leader and team member. She is passionate about building relationships both personally and professionally and contributing to maintaining and promoting a high-performance culture across any organisation she works with.
