We provide kitchen sanitation audits, foodborne illness investigations, and custom staff training. We offer food manager certification classes and exams, food handler certification classes, as well as responsible alcohol vendor classes.

After 10 years of working for the Florida Department of Health as both an Environmental Scientist and Biological Scientist, Egger founded Florida Food Safety Systems to provide commercial consulting services to the hospitality industry.
Our Vice President and Training Coordinator, Paul Guthrie, brings 20+ years of experience and expertise in the hospitality industry, from valeting, catering, and event planning to front/back of house operations and management. An expert communicator, Paul, brings useful insights and enthusiasm to all of our custom training sessions.
Over the last five years, Florida Food Safety Systems has worked with over 200 hospitality-based businesses and organizations located throughout the state of Florida including restaurants, bars, event spaces, food processing facilities, and others.
