The Florida Prosecuting Attorneys Association (FPAA) is a nonprofit corporation whose members are the 20 elected State Attorneys and over 1900 Assistant State Attorneys created to serve the needs of prosecutors. The primary functions of the Association office are education through seminars, publications and technical support.
In addition to the written materials that accompany each seminar, the FPAA has produced the following publications: Domestic Violence Trial Notebook, Sex Crimes Trial Notebook, Domestic Violence Resource Manual, the DV/Sex Crimes Newsletter, the DUI Network News, Hot Topics List, the FPAA Trial Notebook and the Juvenile Prosecution Resource Manual.
The FPAA is governed by a Board comprised of the 20 elected State Attorneys. The FPAA office consists of an Executive Director a Sr. Administrative Assistant and a Grant Manager.
