Florida Home Partnership has a legacy of helping hard-working, determined people find affordable housing. Founded in 1993, by Dorothy Duke, “Homes for Hillsborough, Inc,” was created primarily to help migrant working families find homes. The program was so successful that local officials wanted to expand it to other regions of the county. As it grew, Homes for Hillsborough changed its name to Florida Home Partnership Inc., on July 1, 2005.
