Flying Fish Azores Lda, is dedicated to fresh fish and live seafood trading, captured in Azorean waters. Our products are caught with traditional Azorean fishing methods the only ones, that are legal in this region. We consider this as fundamental for keeping the ecosystem healthy and protect the future of our fishing activities.

We mainly operate in both fish auctions on the island of Terceira and on Flores Island whenever necessary. Clearly, we give priority to fish caught by boats during that same day / night (max. 24 hours).
All products are acquired according to the customer’s specifications, including size and weight. If our partner wishes to have a regular supply of a certain species, we can also contract with the fishermen directly.
Azorean fish and seafood are known for their outstanding quality. We therefore just consider it as natural to treat these with the right respect, so that the products preserve its intrinsic quality when they reach our partners!
