Companies that we work within the FMCG sector search our talent bank when they have a vacancy but only see certain information. They will not see your name, whom you work for at the moment or whom you have worked for in the past.
If they like your profile they give us a call saying they are considering your profile for the role. If it is an opportunity you want to hear about we'll let you know and give you all the information you need. If would like to be put forward for that position we send over your CV and arrange an introduction.
We don't grant access to recruitment agencies so you don't need to worry about being called about irrelevant roles and because we keep your information private you can remain totally anonymous while still being considered for new opportunities.
