Grupo Fênix was created in 2017 with the aim of verticalizing and horizontalizing the company's gold mining and trading activity. Cost reduction, simultaneous engineering, greater profits, greater autonomy and mastery over its own technology are the purposes of the group, acting with a total focus on results. With meteoric growth, we started from a single business unit with just three employees, to more than twelve successful ventures, we advanced in a sustainable way in each stage of the production chain, identifying opportunities and incorporating challenges that promote the growth of the group and also the development of the entire local and global market. In 2020, FNX Participações was founded, a holding company specialized in unifying and systematizing management tools, optimizing services and ensuring quality results. With the purpose of promoting shared service units for its companies, its values are based on agility, effectiveness, daring, creativity, humanization and ethics. Based in the capital of Mato Grosso, we operate in the mining and commercialization of gold, in the industry and commercialization of steel, in the import and export of financial assets, exchange operations, recycling of plastic and in the patrimonial surveillance market. We have more than 300 direct employees in more than 30 business units, which support a nationwide operation and connect Brazil to more than three continents.
