As a certified Executive Coach, e-Coach, Positive Intelligence® Coach and intercultural trainer I support international business leaders and their teams who live and work across borders and who want to thrive in a challenging, international environment. Through various coaching and development programs we partner together to enable them to grow beyond their limitations, unleash their full potential and achieve peak performance.
For the past 20 years I have worked in numerous Human Resources Leadership roles across various industries and continents, spanning from Europe to Russia and the CIS, Middle East, Africa, and China. I have worked intensively with many different cultures, such as Arabic, Chinese, American and various European cultures, and lived in Europe, Middle East, China and am currently based in Bosnia & Herzegovina, from where I work across EMEA region.
My drive, knowledge, and cultural awareness enable me to support International Leaders and their Management Teams successfully amongst varied and complex environments.
