Fong Law Overview

I am humbled by the recognition I receive as a trial lawyer. I feel privileged to work on precedent-setting, high-profile cases. Yet I draw most pride from my service as a public defender. Through this work, I helped the forgotten, the damned and the downtrodden. I learned invaluable courtroom experience, and I learned how to try cases. If a lawyer can try a case to a jury, the client is always in good hands; at the end of the day, it is the jury's job to decide justice, not the insurance adjuster or the prosecutor or even the judge. My success is directly tied to my experience in the courtroom, hard work, passion and an unrelenting commitment to help those I represent.
