‘food from the sky’ is a world first pioneering food growing and educational project located in Crouch End, North London on the roof top of Thornton’s Budgens supermarket.
Our Vision: ‘To plant life, nurture and nature in our most cemented places’
Food from the sky is about inspiring and growing a healthy relationship with food on our supermarkets. This through food growing on roofs and running educational programmes with individual , schools and organisations.
We aim to become a template for other supermarkets and organisations to do the same.
