I am the proud founder of Food Hygiene Solutions Limited (FHS Ltd), a respected and trusted company that worked with some great food businesses and people across the country, unfortunately when I retired I naively entrusted its management to a co-director who, unbeknown to me, chose to create and build up another company with a similar name at the expense of FHS Ltd., and myself. This resulted in FHS Ltd., becoming virtually non functioning during 2016/17 before officially closing in 2018.
Moral: Trust no one in business.
I am now retired, FHS Ltd., no longer exists and I am not connected with any other company with a similar name however I am aware of one called Food Hygiene Solutions Group Limited (FHS Group Ltd).
