FOOD CHASE is an international and multi-stakeholder consortium that will collaborate in order to chase food all along the supply-chain to prevent food losses and the non-valorization of food wastes. Food that is eventually lost or wasted represents a complex challenge, as its reduction requires change of established business practices and citizens’ habits. Such a complex scenario requires an holistic intervention that will be addressed in our project through the creation of the Food Supply-Chain Ecosystems for Sustainability: a regional multi-stakeholder and transnational network to have an impact on the food supply-chain as a whole and prevent and reduce food losses and food wastes at EU level.
