We are a social enterprise business that addresses the global issue of underrepresentation of Asian women in STEM disciplines, striving for gender equity and pay parity. Specifically our focus is on addressing the serious underrepresentation in areas such as research, leadership, entrepreneurship and engineering. Our initiatives all bring direct benefit to our team, based on their background and desired career path and goals. Therefore our projects can vary depending on the interests of our diverse and evolving team.

Engage university students and fresh graduates in our business. This engagement brings our team benefit by giving them the skills, knowledge, expertise, experience and network to strongly prepare them for success. We aim to remove barriers to their career progression, and equip them to step into leadership with confidence.
