Footprints Security was incorporated in British Columbia in 1980. We are a 100% privately owned and operated security business, licensed in British Columbia and serving all of Vancouver Island. As a Vancouver Island company our geographical focus is meeting the security needs of island communities. We are familiar with municipal logistics, facilities, and resources, and have a thorough understanding of the labour market to ensure that we are always able to serve our clients. We are fully licensed to provide services that include security patrol, security consulting, and private investigation. Footprints Security is owned and operated by a strong and experienced leadership team with over 51 years combined experience. Our successful relationships with clients, community, and staff have allowed us to develop sustained growth and a credible reputation. Footprints Security has the largest private mobile patrol fleet of 25 vehicles on Vancouver Island providing fully trained personnel who are supported by effective management, systems, and technologies. Footprints Security currently employs over 300 employees.
