Foresite Property is the real estate business entity of Rogers & Company Ltd, one of the largest conglomerates in Mauritius. Launched in 2008 with Sustainability, Daring and Focus as its core values, Foresite Property has grown into a leading player in the property market in Mauritius and presently manages a portfolio of MRU 3bn (USD 105m). Leveraging on its extensive retail, office and industrial property portfolio and strong relationship with partners and clients alike, Foresite Property provides an array of integrated property management, development, investment as well as facilities management services. Foresite Property also set up a property fund, Ascencia Ltd, which was established in June 2007 and admitted to listing on the Mauritian Development & Enterprise Market in December 2008. Foresite Property’s expertise is recognised internationally and today is the sole Mauritian member of the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA) and the South African Council of Shopping Centres (SACSC).
