Technology Transfer: With over 25 years in technology transfer experience including our CEO's role as General Counsel and Director of Business Development at WARF and in running several biotechnology companies, our services include patent portfolio evaluation and commercialization strategy, license drafting and negotiation, start-up company formation and follow-on financing evaluation. Forge also provides technology evaluation, license negotiation and drafting for companies seeking to license technology from technology transfer organizations. Deal Due Diligence: technology review, market and financial analysis, intellectual property evaluation and financing document review and drafting for venture capital, private equity groups and potential acquirers of technology companies. Legal Services: including company formation filings and organizational documents, financing document review and drafting including model Venture Capital Association forms, stock option plans, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, supply and service agreements, licensing and strategic partnership agreements and contingency fee patent enforcement through licensing or litigation or both. We know from experience that intellectual property is a necessary part of technology-based companies. We also know that the cost of enforcing patents is beyond the reach of most universities and small businesses. Our experience in patent enforcement tells us there are technologies that are being infringed and frustrated patent owners looking for solutions. We offer contingency fee-based patent enforcement with funding for fees.
